This is a process that seeks to enhance the performance of Ministries, Departments and Institutions to make them more accountable and enhance prudent use of resources in provision of quality services to citizens and clients. It is an annual event that runs from 1st July to 3oth June of every financial year.
This process entails review of performance contracting guidelines; identification of performance targets; pre-negotiations, consultations; hearings; negotiations of performance targets, vetting of performance contracts, signing of performance contracts; implementation and execution of the contracts; monitoring and reporting in mid term review and final report at the end of the financial year and announcement of the performance results by the Performance Contracting Ministry in charge. We are now compiling the final list of evidence of our performance contract. Kindly ensure that all the evidence is ready by the end of June 30th 2020.
