Margaret Gichamba receives an award from VC Prof. Kiama and onlooking is COO
During the annual UoN Staff Performance Recognition Award ceremony, Six administration members of staff, namely - Harrison Akala Dep,Registrar Industrial Relations,Margaret Gichamba (Assistant Registry Supervisor),Lydia Wanjiru (Registry Clerk), Phylis Makungu (Registry Clerk) ,Edward Nandebe (Registry Clerk) Linet Nunda (Registry Clerk) received awards in recognition of their exemplary service.
This event was held simultaneously with the signing of the University of Nairobi Performance Contract for the year Financial Year 2023/2024.
This ceremony was presided over by Prof. Amukowa Anangwe, the Chair of Council, The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stephen Kiama, Mr. Brian Ouma, Chief Operations Officer, Prof. Julius Ogeng’o, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic Affairs, and Prof. Margaret Hutchinson, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research, Innovation, Enterprise in the presence of the University community. The Performance Contracts will then be cascaded to the various departments, faculty and central unit levels, and further to individuals.
