Administration department is a department in the College of Central Administration. It is headed by the Registrar, Administration Mr. Peter M. Mwai and deputised by Mr. Peter D. Wekesa. This department is situated in Administration Block at Main Campus. It has offices from first to third floors of Administration Building.
The department comprises of other sections namely:- Recruitment and Training, Personnel, Industrial Relations and Records Management. The main function of the department is planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The department ensures that there is efficient performance of all the departments in the University. It is a connecting link between the management and the employees.
It provides motivation to the workforce and make them realize the goals of the University. All the functions of the University are performed by this department.
