On Monday 1st June 2020 the President of Kenya His Excellence Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta on Madaraka day at State House honoured Kenyans who have worked extremely tirelessly to ensure that Kenyans stay safe during this period of Corona Virus pandemic. The president who is the Chief -in-Commander of Kenya Defence Forces celebrated and appreciated the efforts of Doctors who have been sacrificing their lives by treating and sensitising Kenyans on Covid 19 pandemic.
Dr. Amoth, Wachira Waruru of Citizen Television, Asha Mwilu and our doctors from the University of Nairobi Prof. Omu Anzala, Dr. Loice Ombajo and Dr. Marybeth Maritine were among the awardees.
