The University of Nairobi Administration department held an online staff sensitization and training on the Revised Citizen Customer Service Delivery Charter on Friday 18th March, 2022. The Charter sets out the scope and the standards of service rendered to students, staff and stakeholders, basically as a commitment to the provision of quality services to clients and stakeholders, with an avenue welcome to feedback on needed improvements. The service charter is reviewed both as need arises and in line with the University’s Strategic Plan.
