MS. JOSEPHINE WANGUTUSI
Ms. Wangutusi is the current Ag.Records Manager at the University of Nairobi. She has a Masters Degree in Records and Archives Management from Moi University. She took over from Mr. Omollo who retired in December 2018. Ms Wangutusi ensures that the records and Archives of the University of Nairobi are well managed,safely stored in appropriate equipment and providing them when required by the action officers. She is mandated with the responsibility of training staff on prudent records management. Records management is an important function of the university and no organization functions effeciently without proper managed records. Records are used for planning, recruitment, training, decision making and all other activities can not be executed without proper records management. Her office is within the Administration department and she is always available for consultation .
